When buying a car, it's tough to balance being informed and saving time. That's why we encourage you to use only the tools below that are most valuable to you. Each one provides information and steps to help streamline the process at the dealership.
If
you are purchasing a vehicle, the dealer is providing you a three (3)
day guarantee on the purchase of the vehicle. Within three (3) calendar
days from the date the vehicle is delivered to you, whether upon
consummation of the purchase of the vehicle or pursuant to a conditional
delivery, you may return the vehicle to the dealer for any reason. If
you choose to do so, the dealer will apply 100% of the money previously
paid by you toward the purchase of another vehicle. You must choose a
replacement vehicle from the current "in stock" vehicle selection within
seven (7) days of returning the vehicle. This guarantee is contingent
upon return of the vehicle in the same condition as it was delivered to
you. If the original purchase was financed, this guarantee is also
contingent upon your obtaining financing for the purchase of the
replacement vehicle. Vehicle must have 150 miles or less from the time
of purchase.
